乌云缓缓向前推动，犹如一块乌黑的油布盖住这无边无际的天宇。

那天，我们在场地上体育课。这漆黑的天空，使我们都提不起兴致。

直到有人说的一句话：“大家不要这么没精打采！这天气跑步还有风吹，可是别人享受不到的。跟着我跑起来！”他脸上洋溢着笑容。他的这番话就好似黑暗中的一束光明，让大家重新点燃心中的激情。他这乐观的一句话，让同学们从低落心情变成乐观的心情。

同学们开始热身，跳一跳，扭一扭，动一动。热身运动做完后，老师又抽一些人去长跑。没有被抽到同学，坐在绿茵茵草皮上，围成一团，仿佛有说不完的话，没有一个人为长跑者加油打气。

突然，一声清脆的“加油”声打破了这死气沉沉的氛围。他那一声加油，激起闲聊同学兴奋点，开始一起齐喊加油。

乌云散去，云隙间开，又迎来了新的光明。阳光重新洒在同学们脸上，暖融融。长跑同学在加油鼓励声中，斗志昂扬冲向终点。
