今年的端午节,我和姐姐来包粽子。奶奶买了粽叶、糯米、五花肉、豆沙等材料。我先把酱油倒入糯米中,在用手给它们按摩洗澡,搅拌均匀后就可使用。我和姐姐拿出其中的两片粽子叶,卷成圆锥形,再把手往圆锥形里转一圈,再转一圈,等把粽叶的底部和顶部重合时,就可以往里面放糯米了。我们先包的是肉粽。已卷成圆锥形的粽叶里,我先放了二分之一的糯米,再放了一块肉,然后放满糯米。圆锥形桶里装满之后,用手指往粽子里按几下,使其紧致,接着把多余的粽叶往糯米上一盖,用大拇指按牢。剪一段长度适中的棉绳,在大拇指周围绕上几圈。最后打两三个节,使它更牢固一些。把包好的粽子放入高压锅中。带水煮30分钟左右就可以吃了。
