周二我们将糯米泡了一天一夜,泡到一捏就碎就可以了。周三晚上我和爸爸妈妈先把泡糯米的水倒掉,然后把米放入电饭锅里蒸熟,再倒入凉开水给米降温,不一会水就被糯米吸收了。差不多二三十摄氏度的时候就根据比例加入酒曲,不要都倒完,要少量多次的去加入,每加入一次我们都要去拌均匀。在这里给大家一个小提醒:就是一定要等糯米饭晾到三十摄氏度左右时再去加入洒曲粉,不然温度太高后会把酒曲中的酵母菌给烫死,而且把洒曲和糯米均匀搅拌在一起时,一定要带一次性手套,避免有杂菌进入哦!作文

之后就是重要的密封的过程,我们选择的是直接在电饭锅的内芯里酿造,然后封上了两层保鲜膜,并用绳子系起来了。之后就是漫长的发酵时间……三天后,也就是昨天晚上,我闻到好像有一些酒香了,于是我们把绳子解开,把保鲜膜揭下来,酒香扑面而来,然后我就让妈妈帮我做了一碗米酒蛋花汤,并加入了白糖调味。盛出来后,我迫不及待的尝了一口,发现真的和外面买的一模一样,很好喝!而且通过这次酿酒,我也知道了原来米酒不是酿出来就那么甜,而是后面加了白糖,不放糖的米酒有点酸,但酸中夹着甜味,同样很美味!
