妈妈帮我把葱姜切好了之后,我先把油倒进锅里加热,等油热了之后,把大虾一股脑地倒进了锅里,立马发出了滋滋的响声,锅里的油像跳蹦床一样四处飞溅,幸好我之前带了一副超作文大的防护手套,才能接着翻炒大虾。炒到出了红色的虾油之后,我赶紧把葱姜和准备好的调料放了进去,倒入料酒的时候,升起了一缕一缕的蒸汽,立马就淡化在半空中。我盖上锅盖,焖了大约五分钟左右,打开锅盖,看到粘稠的汤汁裹着鲜红油亮的大虾,一股醉人的鲜香扑面而来!我把弓耸的大虾一个个夹出来,整整齐齐的摆成了一个圆圈,好像一朵花。我和妈妈说:“我们再切几个柠檬片装饰一下吧。”妈妈在切柠檬片的时候,我又给妈妈做了一份百香果饮料,我趁妈妈不注意的时候,悄悄地拿走了最大的一片柠檬,插到了百香果饮料的杯子上。
