2019年3月30日是难忘的一个日子。这是宁乡市第一届跆拳道比赛，也是我第一次参加比赛。比赛前，训练了一个星期，每晚到12点才睡。30号，在宁乡文体中心体育馆比赛。

到中午，我和队友们一起去吃饭，我还带了我们班的一个朋友一起去，我和教练打过招呼。吃饭的时候，我们是在外面吃的，可是，我们才吃了几口，半路就杀出个程咬金，也是来吃饭的。可是饭已经没有了，队友就对我和我的朋友指指作文点点，说不是打比赛的不能吃，我说我妈妈付了我们两个人的饭钱——，我饭也吃不下去了，直接把饭往垃圾桶里一扔，也饿着肚子去打比赛了。

第二场比赛，我与钻石跆拳道的一个人打，他是绿蓝带的，我只是黄带，我就上去和他打，我一直站在原地，结果是1：9。中场休息一下，教练说不要站着让他打。再开始的时候，我就猛攻，后面把力气都用光了，只好一直后退，后来以22：26结束了这一场比赛。
