来到游泳馆，我跟着教练迫不及待地下了水，学习练闷水，教练说道：“闷水就是把头沉在水里，不要呼吸，等坚持不住的时候再浮上来呼吸，这样才呛不到水。”我好奇地试了试，只能闷水一两分钟，经过反复几节课的尝试终于可以漂浮在水面上了，心里也乐滋滋的，觉得学游泳不是想象的那么难啊！之后的课程我就开始学习蛙泳了，跟着教练的要求：腿先往里收，然后渐渐地向两边蹬，最后快速合拢。听着简单，可是实际游一两米就经常呛水，难受死了，水进入鼻子，鼻子又酸又痛，眼流水就“哗哗”地往下流，“放弃”还是“坚持”，内心的挣扎让我身体愈来愈重，根本没法前行！这时，一曲熟悉的旋律在我耳边响起，我开始默默地哼起了“阳光总在风雨后”的歌曲，与此同时，教练那鼓励的眼神就像一束温暖的阳光，我从他的手里拿到了一块温暖的“浮板”引领着我在水中继续前行！“没有风雨，哪有彩虹”，经过不懈的努力，我顺利完成了初级游泳班的学习！
