本来的我，以为交通事故没那么严重，可是今天，我看了这期视频，惊奇的发现，一年的交通事故竞有一百多个将近两百多场。原来我认为交通事故离我很远，可看到这个数字后我觉得交通事故好像与我们每个人都息息相关，只要稍有不慎，交通事故就可能发生在我们身边。

除此之外我还明白了安全头盔的重要性，在讲的过程中，老师给我们放了一段视频，内容大概是这样的：在一个监控画面中，一辆摩托车在右转的过程中撞到了一辆同样没有看见他的汽车，本来人们都认为他要命悬一线了，可是并没有，这可多亏了摩托车主带着安全头盔，只见他并没有什么重伤一股脑坐了起来，意识还清醒着，头盔已经被摔得四分五裂了，通过这个视频我已经深刻的体会到头盔的重要性，如果不戴头盔，那面临着那男作文子的应该就是死亡了。以后在骑摩托的过程中，我们一定要戴上安全头盔以防止安全事故的发生。不仅如此，还有一个关于大货车视野盲区的实验，实验里有一辆大火车，一个假人，一辆自行车和一辆手推婴儿车，就在大货车右转弯时，因为假人没有站在路边的台阶上导致在货车右转过程中便被撵在车轮下，而那辆婴儿车也难逃厄运，同样被大货车在行驶的过程中碰撞到，最后是那个自行车了，那个自行车完全已经被大货车压在了车轮下车身都已经撞碎了。可见大货车的视野盲区是非常可怕的，如果我们在现实生活中不小心站在了视野盲区里，那我们可能就不会被大货车司机看到。有可能就会发生这痛心疾首的事件。
