After entering excurse activity, I have a lot of impressions, feelings comes deep. Still remember becoming when we are dog-tired, neither one person wants to abandon. Still delaying serious step however, go ahead step by step, although have a passenger car nearby,following. That momently I am clear: Actually everybody has potential energy, just be masked very easily by the habit, by fashionable place blurred, by inert place fritter away.
参加远足活动后，我有许多感想，感触至深。还记得当我们筋疲力尽时，没有一个人要放弃。而是仍然拖着沉重的脚步，一步步向前走，尽管不远处就有客车跟随着。那一刻我明白了：其实每个人都有潜在的能量，只是很容易被习惯所掩盖，被时尚所迷离，被惰性所消磨。
This excurse experience tells me, only hopeful state of mind just is the first pace that marchs toward a success. All the way although classmates are very tired, but catchword, singing never has been broken however, because of that momently, we are moving the spring that changes life, play the song of life. In that momently, we are not to be in surmount other, be in however surmount oneself, also surmount oneself ceaselessly only, ability surmounts other forever. Whose hero, whose brave man, the proof with the already very good perseverance that the classmates on excurse field go all out in work tenaciously.
这次远足经验告诉我，唯有乐观的心态才是迈向成功的第一步。一路上虽然同学们都很累，但口号、歌声却从未断过，因为那一刻，我们在拨动生命之弦，奏响人生之歌。在那一刻，我们不是在超越他人，而是在超越自己，也只有不断地超越自己，才能永远地超越他人。谁英雄，谁好汉，远足场上同学们顽强拼搏的毅力已经很好的证明了。
In whole excurse process, when feeling whacked every time, the sort of solidarity collaboration, each other helps cooperative spirit can give me courage between the classmate, give me power, let me hold on better. In the meantime, my psychokinesis also is propping up me, it does not allow me to admit defeat, I realise this composition is just like challenge in my life. I admonish oneself cannot abandon anyhow, I say to oneself in the heart: “ must hold on, insist to just can win only. ” is taking this to hold to namely, make I move toward terminus better, the trend is successful.
在整个远足过程中，每当感到疲惫不堪时，同学之间那种团结合作、互帮互助的精神都会给我勇气，给我力量，让我更好地坚持下去。同时，我的意志力也在支撑着我，它不允许我认输，我认识到这作文好比我人生中的一次挑战。我告诫自己无论如何不能放弃，我在心中一遍遍对自己说：“一定要坚持下去，只有坚持才会胜利。”就是带着这份坚持，使我更好地走向终点，走向成功。
Before still remembering going, somebody asks me: “ if all the way very difficult, can you regret to attend? I answer ” stoutly: I attend “ is for conquer difficulty, I come for difficulty, holding to is the ground that I enter. ” I exclaim in the bottom of the heart: “ lets difficulty come some more violently! ” so I won't regret forever, although drip with sweat all the way, but my insisted to win a victory eventually, I also understand the success belongs the person that unremitting tries hard only eventually.
还记得在去之前有人问我：“如果一路很艰苦，你会后悔参加吗？”我坚决的回答：“我参加就是为了战胜困难，我为困难而来，坚持就是我参加的理由。”我在心底呼喊：“让困难来得更猛烈些吧！”所以我永远不会后悔，虽然一路挥汗如雨，但我的坚持终于赢得了胜利，我也终于明白成功只属于坚持不懈努力的人。
From inside this excurse activity, I acquired a lot of experience, realize gave a lot of reasons, my more deep experience to “ I move, I am healthy, the meaning of my joy ” , this is me in life exercise an opportunity inaccessibly, it is a paragraph of hardships more and good memory, it will make me all one's life unforgettable.
从这次远足活动中，我学到了许多经验，悟出了许多道理，我更加深刻的体会到“我运动，我健康，我快乐”的含义，这是我人生中一次难得的锻炼机会，更是一段艰辛而又美好的回忆，它将令我终生难忘。
The memory that I can bring this happiness is faced with good state of mind tomorrow, I believe good state of mind can let ordinary life add luster, I believe this experience can make my more good tomorrow, more bright and brilliant. In road of the following life, no matter have how many hard dangerous and difficult road, I can say: “ I can go! ”
