I deepened the perception to these truths and understanding again from inside this military training.
我从这次的军训中再次深化了对这些道理的感知和认识。
Military training at the beginning, v/arc drillmaster is about we elect company commander. Although company commander is a “ official ” that can direct us, but bear more responsibility. If person of the any in our company errs, company commander should accept penalty. And this military training joined dozen of cent to make, if be in the activity of appraise through comparison that day, the platoon was in hind 3, company commander is about to do 200 to arrive 300 push-up. This can be astronomical! The rank that make component, company commander bears joint liability these systems, meaning wanting our everybody to realise, we are a collective, a group, must in all advance and retreat. We the 8 people that join even this military training are not much, go up in the number we are to cannot gain a victory. We take care only, do not make any mistakes, and at every turn unplugs so that the head prepares, ability protects the honor of company. After having this kind of consciousness when everybody, our pool the wisdom and efforts of everyone, before was being obtained eventually 3, seize the banner of other company successfully. Our everybody psychology is clear, this is unitive force.
军训一开始,教官就要我们选连长。连长虽然是个可以指挥我们的“官”,但却要肩负更多的责任。如果我们连队中任何一个人犯错,连长都要接受惩罚。而且这次军训加入了打分制,如果在当天的评比活动中,排在了后三名,连长就要做两百个到三百个俯卧撑。这可是天文数字啊!打分排名、连长负连带责任这些制度,意在要我们每个人都认识到,我们是一个集体,一个团队,必须共进退。我们八连这次参加军训的人并不多,在人数上我们是无法取得胜利的。我们唯有小心,不犯任何错误,且事事都拔得头筹,才能保住连队的荣誉。当大家都有了这种意识之后,我们群策群力,终于获得了前三名,成功把别的连队的旗帜夺过来了。我们每个人都心理清楚,这就是团结的力量。
In military training process, v/arc drillmaster besides restraining us to undertake cooperative with the system, still had a few activities that must finish through group collaboration ability. Among them the most outstanding have two, it is graduation wall activity and alignment commutation activity respectively.
军训过程中,教官除了用制度约束我们进行合作外,还进行了一些必须通过团队合作才能完成的活动。其中最突出的有两个,分别是毕业墙活动和队列变换活动。
Activity of alleged graduation wall, become a person in the wall by a few strong male fellow students first namely picket, again by the classmate ordinal walk on their shoulder, climb 4 meters of 3 tall walls. After waiting for this classmate to mount a wall, v/arc drillmaster looks on indifferently with respect to “ ” , this fellow student that is helped is about next Fu body helps the 2nd fellow student that climbs from next upgrade. Next with this analogize. I grow emaciatedly, cannot become a person picket, should stand in the top of a wall to help only the fellow student that helps upgrade climb. Stand in the top of a wall, I can see some classmates did not walk good clearly, the humeral head that still becoming person picket fellow student slipped. I can't help tighten in a heart, day, the classmate shoulder of the picket that become a person steps on broken skin for certain! But they did not cry, also do not have complaint, encourage classmates to continue however upgrade climbs. See this setting, although we are in charge of the fellow student that help spelling a composition to use up systemic effort almost, arm is already red also, but we gnash one's teeth is holding to. Must win! Everybody is considering this one issue only! Suddenly, I discovered a doohickey, no matter this classmate is fat,be thin namely, it is tall it is short, want us to capture his leg successfully first only, we have method to pull him certainly. I told other fellow student this method, exert oneself to do sth. together with them next. Final, we let all schoolboys mount graduation wall not only, the schoolgirl that still attends the class is pulled. What make us glad most is, below the make concerted effort of classmates, we obtained the first repeatedly! At this moment, we did not have even cheering effort, shed the excited tear that did not keep in difficulty however.
所谓毕业墙活动,就是先由几个强壮的男同学在墙当人桩,再由同学依次踩在他们肩膀上,爬到四米三高的墙上去。这怎么能爬上去呢?最终这个任务的完成,是由墙底下同学的爬和墙头同学的拉共同完成的。首先,由一名同学站在当人桩同学的肩头,往上爬,教官负责帮忙把这名同学拉上去。等这名同学爬上墙后,教官就“袖手旁观”了,被拉上去的这名同学接下来就要俯身拉从下往上爬的第二名同学。然后以此类推。我长得瘦弱,无法当人桩,只要站在墙头去帮忙拉往上爬的同学。站在墙头,我可以清晰地看到有的同学一次没有踩好,还在当人桩同学的肩头滑了一下。我不禁一个心中一紧,天啦,当人桩的同学肩膀肯定都踩破皮了!但是他们没有哭,也没有怨言,而是鼓励同学们继续往上爬。看到这个场景,尽管我们负责拉的同学几乎已经拼作文尽了全身力气,胳膊也早已红肿,但是我们都咬牙坚持着。一定要胜利!大家都只想着这一件事情!忽然,我发现了一个窍门,即不管这个同学是胖是瘦,是高是矮,只要我们先成功把他的腿抓住,我们就一定有办法把他拉上去。我将这个方法告诉了其他同学,然后与他们一起用力。最终,我们不仅让所有的男生都爬上了毕业墙,还把班上的女生都拉上去了。最令我们高兴的是,在同学们的齐心协力下,我们连获得了第一名!这时,我们连欢呼的力气都没有了,而是流下了困难中都没有留下的激动的泪水。

军训的第二天,重点训练队列变换。这有点像大型的团体操表演,就是要通过队员的迅速变换组成一些新的图形。组成什么图形呢?大家又一起动起了脑筋。对啦,我们是海涛连,故可以组成“H""T"两个字母啊,因为这是“海”“涛”两个字的首字母。但每个连要组成三个图案?还组成什么好呢?我们最终决定,不忘本色,我们可是八连啊,所以要组成一个“八”字;我们要在惊涛骇浪中前行的,故还要组成一个“船”的图形。图案想好了,剩下的就是练习在3分钟内变换出这三个图案了。很坦白地说,我们直到汇报表演完成后,也没有搞清楚我们是如何变换出这些图形来的。但是我们每个人都很清楚,一切行动必须听指挥,如果有一个人不听指挥,采取不合作态度,我们的任务就完不成,图案就组不好。队列的变换快极了,连长要用哑得几乎说不出话的声音向教官不停汇报,我们则要不停拍手、脚要飞快地移动。忙、忙、忙!配合!配合!再配合!这就是当时的节奏。
After two days of training, we undertake finish battalion ceremony. The leader of the school and hundreds of parents are paying close attention to us. We do our best to learn place of these two days to reveal come out. A lot of parent says, watched our show, they heat up a tear to be filled with the socket of eye, pay for ours, touch deeply for our solidarity and collaboration. After knot battalion is over, parents encourage us with teachers, the drive that wants us to cooperate this kind of solidarity is carried on go down, let 8 blossom more dazzing ray. I want to need not say more, classmates also can try hard accomplish. Because the group combines the seed of collective progress to had been in our heart rooted and gemmiparous!
两天训练后,我们进行了结营仪式。学校的领导和几百名的家长们都在关注着我们。我们则尽全力把这两天的所学展示出来。好多家长都说,看了我们的表演,他们热泪盈眶,为我们的付出、为我们的团结与合作而深深感动。结营完之后,家长们和老师们都鼓励我们,要我们把这种团结合作的精神发扬下去,让八班绽放更加夺目的光芒。我想不用多说,同学们也都会努力做到。因为团结合作共同进步的种子已经在我们心中生根发芽了!(文/何天宜)
