亲爱的同学们，敬爱的老师们，我很高兴能站在这里给大家做演讲，我演讲的主题是：《节约粮食，从你我做起》。

所以我认为农民伯伯的痛苦，就应该落实到真正的生活中。不是单单在嘴上说说而以，没有任何真正的行动。当我们念着“锄禾日当午”时，可又曾真正领悟“粒粒皆辛苦”的道理。如果有，食堂又从哪来的剩饭剩菜！农民用他的辛劳，科研，用他们的艰苦养活整个中国，这个拥有十四亿人口的泱泱大国！我们需要谨记农民伯伯的痛苦，要常念着他们所想得幸福。
