Here I should tell everybody, I want to become a team leader, although monitor this job is not very easy can be competent, but, with me clever with ability, I think monitor this position, nonego not is belonged to!
大家好，我叫郝思懿。今天我荣幸地站在了这个万众瞩目的演讲台，这让我感到莫大的光荣与自豪。在此我要告诉大家，我想当班长，虽然班长这个职务不是很容易就能胜任的，但是，凭着我聪明与才干，我认为班长这个职位，非我莫属！
I in us class of this young reporter has been patriarch level, but enter into an election contest this post, it is first time contact really. because of the following, I am avowed and OK be competent: 1, I at ordinary times one idle comes down to read a book, had been now well-read, my extracurricular knowledge is very accordingly substantial, as long as I know, everybody is OK although ask me; 2, my largest interest is research geography, this junior high school just begins learned course, I simply know sth like the palm of one's hand, this also made the character that my with great concentration struggles; 3, my each section grade is very exceedingly good also, the composition is written very well also, always can let a composition be shown on platform of young reporter public. because of above at 3 o'clock, I think I can be competent monitor this one post, cough, do you feel?
我在咱们这个小记者班已经算是元老级别了，但竞选这个岗位，确实是第一次接触。正因为以下几点，我自认可以胜任：1、我平时一闲下来就看看书，现在已经算是博览群书，因此我的课外知识很丰富，只要是我知道的，大家可以尽管问我；2、我最大的爱好是研究地理，这个初中才开始学的科目，我简直了如指掌，这也成就了我潜心奋斗的品质；3、我的各科成绩也都很优异，作文写得也很好，总能让作文展现在小记者公众平台上。就因为以上三点，我认为我能胜任班长这一职务，咳咳，你们觉得呢？

通过在小记者的学习，我发现班里外出时纪律有些不到位。因此，我想当作文班长，来改善这一问题。
I became in case monitor, I think I can not run whole classes or grades in school completely strictly good, so, I can look for an assistant in the class, assist me to run fellow students together. Still have, if I became a team leader, want to govern the discipline of good fellow students not only, at the same time study also cannot be delayed. No matter it what classmates encountered is difficult that what classmates encountered, I won't sit by and watch no matter, before going up, regular meeting helps the issue that coordinates that classmate to had done him to want to do. Do you feel this idea is very pretty good? If what I have,good to classroom idea also can tell everybody. Of course, I ask strictly first certainly oneself, run good fellow students again. Finally, I should put the profit of classmates at before, the individual's interest is put after, said so much, you also think I say do these accord with the condition that becomes a team leader? So, I think I can be competent monitor this one position, and all sorts of general affairs of capable processing good classes or grades in school.
假若我当了班长，我认为自己并不能完全严格管理好整个班级，所以，我会在班里找一个助手，协助我一起管理同学们。还有，如果我当了班长，不仅要管理好同学们的纪律，同时学习也不能耽误。不论同学们遇到了什么困难，我不会坐视不管，一定会上前协助配合那个同学做好他要做的事情。你们觉得这个点子是不是很不错？如果我有什么对课堂有益的想法也会告诉大家。当然，我一定先严格要求自己，再管理好同学们。最后，我要将同学们的利益放于前，个人的利益放于后，说了这么多，是不是你们也都认为我说的这些符合当班长的条件呢？所以，我认为自己可以胜任班长这一职位，并且有能力处理好班级的各种事务。
