现在回想刚开始学跳绳时,我还是幼儿园的小宝宝呢。那时手脚很笨拙,心里很怕被绳子绊倒,所以就跳的高高的,却总忘了摇绳子。后来长大些了,又摇又跳的起劲,但有时摇绳快了,有时脚跳慢了,总是手脚打架。再后来三四年级时,已经跳的很顺畅了,一口气能跳三四十下不间断,但速度还是慢作文。我就细找原因,发现是跳的过高的原因。跳得高既费力又费时,频率自然快不了,还容易动作失控,跟不上摇绳的节奏,很容易“卡壳”。其实,绳子很细,脚不需离地太高,只需轻轻跳起即可。知道了这个秘密后,我发现跳起绳不但快了,而且轻松了。
