我的家乡在三门，三门的特色就是青蟹，青蟹已在全国出名了，人们都说：“三门青蟹，横行世界！”

一天，妈妈在菜场买回了几只青蟹。吃中饭时，我意外看到桌子上有一袋青蟹，就好奇地打开袋子捉出一只来放在地上。它一下地就开始跑，速度十分快，我追了好久才追上它。它的颜色是青绿色的，八条粗壮的腿，身披一身铠甲，举着两把剪刀一样锋利的钳子，看得人心生畏惧。我用手指碰了一下它的背，它立马像受到惊吓一样举起剪刀似的大钳子，样子十分威武、帅气，让人产生一种莫名的崇拜感。玩够后，我又把它捉回了袋孑子里。

到了晚上吃饭时，我看见了一盘红红的东西，走进一看，原来是今天妈妈买回来的青蟹呀。烧熟后的青蟹，香味十足。我在盘中找到了今早我捉出的那只青蟹，拿起来，把它那层坚硬无比的外壳剥掉，然后把肉放入嘴里，那肉感细腻润滑，味道鲜嫩可口，让人回味无穷！那对钳子我怎么咬也咬不开，只能用刀的后背把它敲碎，敲开后，我取出里边的嫩肉放进嘴里，那肉比身上的肉更鲜美，更好吃！
