换好了泳衣，戴好了泳帽，我们就来到了游泳池边。看到了泛着微波的水面，我们高兴地像小鸭子一样扑通扑通的跳进了水里，顿时水花四溅。教练先让我们在岸上练习，一会儿做蛙泳动作，一会儿做漂浮动作……教练又让我们在水里练习憋气。我深吸一口气，小心翼翼地把头浸在水里，刚一下去，我就有一种快要窒息的感觉，有点恐慌，一不小心，喝了点水。在教练的鼓励下，我又一次的把头浸了下去，这一次，我屏住呼吸，在心里默默的数了三十秒，才探出头来，这时，我仿佛是一只活泼的小青蛙。练习了一会儿憋气，我们就开始正式地游了。教练让我们先漂在水里，脚再往后一蹬，就能往前游了。我们挨个做，轮到我了，我非常紧张，但一想，既然学了就要学好。我一咬牙一闭眼，就像小船一样漂在水上了，脚再往后一蹬，就听到水在耳边叫喊，水花在头顶跳舞。

就这样过了三四天，我们学了一些基本动作！教练让我们尝试着自己独立游，我用力划着双臂，吃力地蹬着双腿，水似乎都没有阻力，我如鱼得水一般，很快游完了一半。这么好的状态不可能维持太久，我渐渐慢了下来，终于游不动了。我沮丧地从水里站起来，环顾四周——呀！大家都没游完全程，我还算是第二名呢！我开心得要命，挥着小手朝岸边的妈妈，激动地喊着：“妈妈，我学会游泳了，我真的会了！”
