实践的时候到了，前面的同学们都跳的非常熟练，一个接一个的按老师说的规则顺利跳了过去，很快就轮到我跳了，我以前没有跳过，心里非常害怕被绳子抽到，吓得全身发抖，一直不敢往绳子里跳，后面的同学鼓励我，一起喊到：“琪琪，加油，跳满分/吧，跳吧！”我急的不知道如何是好，硬着头皮冲了进去，“啪”绳打到我的头上了，真的好痛，我忍痛快速的跑到排后，这次尝试失败了。我重新振作精神，鼓足勇气，回到队伍里等着再次轮到自己，很快又到我了，我的脑海里不断回想着体育老师说过的话，我勇敢的冲进大绳里，灵巧的双脚一抬，跳了起来，绳从我脚下轻轻摇过，我找到了节奏，顺利的连跳了好几个，我终于成功了，我也战胜了自己内心的恐惧，我开心的在队伍外欢呼了起来！
