“叮铃铃……”中午铃响了起来,大家都飞奔进自己的教室。我刚进去,老师和同学们就在忙着准备东西。没错,今天的一整个下午,我们就要包艾饺了。我们事先分好了组,义工家长们陆陆续续地到了。我们组是何彦烁外婆教我们包,她手里提着满满的一袋艾草叶。李海轩把一个巨大的盆子拿出来,我们往盆里一起倒面粉,外婆也把艾草叶分次慢慢地倒入。小伙伴们举起自己的双手开始疯狂揉面,不一会儿,一个青绿色的团子就揉好了。我拿了一个小团,在手心里搓圆,拿起擀面杖满分/把它擀平,然后在手心里撒点儿面粉,以防面皮被粘住,接着往里头放些猪油和芝麻,最后用包饺子的方法包,一个艾饺就完成了。除了有芝麻馅的,三丝馅的和红豆馅的,还有我特别秘制的老干妈馅的。我先把青团揉圆,然后面皮擀平收口时留出一个洞,放入老干妈,揉紧,封口,一个“红烧狮子头”样的青团就完成了。我心想:如果有人吃到它的话……嘿嘿。
