我的运动感悟作文500字

Motion is the life in indispensable. Motion can make us more healthy not only, return the immune power that can enhance us. Motion can prevent a disease not only, still can make we are accomplished strike a proper balance between work and rest. To sitting for a long time in the classmate that learns in the classroom, more should great undertake physical training!

运动是生活中不可缺少的。运动不仅可以使我们更健康,还能增强我们的免疫力。运动不仅能预防疾病,还可以使我们做到劳逸结合。对于长期坐在教室里学习的同学,更应该多多进行体育锻炼了!

As a result of,can be now of science and technology develop, of traffic convenient, people reduced the chance that walk. Because a lot of children suffer the effect to the parent, where to go to shout is worn should take a car. The person that should not be willing to walk with these only says, such meeting influences are healthy, they meet path of not worry at all: “ have nothing to do, my body is good! ” is wrong so actually!

可是由于现在科技的发达,交通的便捷,人们减少了步行的机会。许多儿童因为受到家长的影响,去哪儿都嚷嚷着要坐车。只要和这些不愿意步行的人说,这样会影响身体健康,他们就会满不在乎道:“没事儿,我身体好着呢!”其实这样是错的!

那么如何运动才是正确的呢?让我来告诉大家吧!

做运动不能“死做”,应该做到劳逸结合。如果一味的“死做”,不仅不会让我们更健康,反而还让我们的身体受到了伤害。所以应该做到劳逸结合。

In full marks / different season, do different exercise. Summer can play basketball, have proper campaign. The winter had better play football, jump skip, warm warm body.

在满分/不同的季节,做不同的运动。夏天可以打打篮球,进行适当的运动。冬天最好踢踢足球,跳跳绳,暖暖身子。

夏天不要做过多的运动,如果运动过多,会导致水分流失的很快,这个时候需要及时补充水分。

做运动应该保持营养均衡。而不能因为只喜欢吃某类食品,就只吃那种食物。多吃蔬菜水果,可以让我们的营养均衡哦!

Consider now is epidemic situation, so I change the campaign outdoor into indoor sports. After rising every morning, I can make motion of a few drawing first, after eating a meal midday, I can be circled first go a few rounds in the home, digest the food in abdomen, next, redo a few situp. After eating a meal in the evening, I can rest first 10 ~ 15 minutes, play basketball next, jump skip.

考虑到现在是疫情,所以我把室外运动改成了室内运动。每天早上起来后,我都会先做几个拉伸动作,中午吃完饭后,我会先绕着家里走几圈,消化一下肚子里的食物,然后,再做几个仰卧起坐。晚上吃完饭后,我会先休息10~15分钟,然后打打篮球,跳跳绳。
