One, study a purpose
一、研究目的
As a result of epidemic situation overtake, a lot of villages undertake sealing village management, teachers organize students to get online on time class, make work by moment. Besides study, the teacher initiates classmates full marks / should strike a proper balance between work and rest, launch diversiform campaign, enhance a constitution. But some classmates do exercise not actively, then I made an investigation, see classmates make particular case of motion.
由于疫情突然来袭，很多小区进行封小区管理，老师们组织学生们按时上网课，按时候交作业。除了学习以外，老师倡议同学们满分/要劳逸结合，开展多样的运动，增强体质。可是有的同学不积极做运动，于是我做了一个调查，看看同学们做运动的具体情况。

调查方法：打电话进行采访同学，问卷等方法。
3, research circumstance and arrange
三、研究情况与整理
I undertook to 30 classmates questionnaire is investigated interviewing mixing randomly. Pass the analysis of data, reached the following result:
我随机对三十名同学进行了采访和问卷调查。通过数据的分析，得出了以下结果：
(in 1 30 people, 24 people are occupied 80% among them, launch campaign actively, the some in them kicks key on cushion child, some does simple gymnastics, some does sit-ups or push-up, some makes wushu motion, return some have the aid of to move feeling bicycle or ran machine to have campaign. Apparent, the person that takes an active part in motion is much, most classmate holds to motion.
（1三十人中，二十四人占其中的百分之八十，积极开展运动，他们中有的在垫子上踢键子，有的做简单的体操，有的做仰卧起坐或俯卧撑，有的做武术动作，还有的借助动感单车或跑步机进行运动。很明显，积极参与运动的人多，大多数同学坚持运动。
(in 2 30 people, 6 people, occupy among them 20% , did not launch campaign. Farther understanding reason is knowable. Reason one: The time besides their study is seeing a mobile phone. Have a plenty of play game, have a plenty of brush video. Some moment are met actually " forget food and sleep. Reason 2: They did not realize the value that enhances motion. Enhance motion to be able to alleviate not only fatigue, more important is to be able to improve the health, have good constitution, can little fall ill, especially during epidemic situation, hold athletic convention, enhancing a constitution is crucial. Clearly, they did not launch campaign, accompany for a long time with mobile phone photograph, since growing this, their eye also is met broken ah! Bring a harm possibly still to the body.
（2三十人中，六人，占其中百分之二十，没有开展运动。进一步了解原因可知。原因一：他们学习之外的时间都在看手机。有的是玩游戏，有的是刷视频。有的时候竟然会“废寝忘食。原因二：他们没有意识到增强运动的重要性。增强运动不仅可以缓解疲劳，更重要的是可以强身健体，拥有好的体质，可以少生病，特别是疫情期间，保持运动习惯，增强体质是至关重要的。显而易见，他们没有开展运动，长期与手机相伴，长此以来，他们的眼睛也会坏掉的呀！还可能给身体带来危害。

四、研究结论
Can see from inside this investigation, major classmate strikes a proper balance between work and rest, move actively, little part classmate, did not have campaign, through this investigation, I have the following proposals and everybody to encourage:
从这块调查中可以看出，大部分同学都劳逸结合，积极运动，少部分同学，没有进行运动，通过这一次的调查，我有以下几条建议与大家共勉：
One: Hope the classmates that hold to motion continue to hold to good convention, move more, take exercise more, protect good vision, do good sanitation and defend.
一：希望坚持运动的同学们继续坚持好习惯，多运动，多锻炼，保护好视力，做好卫生与防护。
2: The hope does not have the classmates of active campaign, understanding enhances athletic value, the action rises, come in the rank that joins active campaign. Common saying says: Life depends on motion, reasonable arrangement everyday time, strike a proper balance between work and rest.
二：希望没有积极运动的同学们，理解加强运动的重要性，行动起来，加入到积极运动的队伍中来。俗话说：生命在于运动，合理安排每天的时间，劳逸结合。
3: Move actively through us, drive family to move together, family general mobilization, strengthen campaign together, health grows each days.
三：通过我们积极运动，带动家人一起运动起来，全家总动员，一起加强运动，健康成长每一天。(文/倪语轩)
