刚上高中，最怕的就是体育课，然而体育课还是开始了，竟然是跨栏！我心里不由得一惊。看着横在体育馆中间的栏杆就如同万丈深渊，无法跨过。那栏杆，锈迹斑斑，还有几道伤痕，就像在和我炫耀着它的胜利。
开始练习了。我的心如同十五个吊桶打水——七上八下，是悬着的。“啪”“啪”，栏杆重重地摔在了地上，也重重地摔在我的心头上。轮到我时，我急速冲到栏前，不曾想那小小的栏竟如同一堵巨大的墙，我不由得停下脚步。经过几番思想斗争，我又硬着头皮冲了过去，单脚起跳，那一堵墙又出现了，我闭紧眼，跨了过去，后脚却勾到了栏杆，我跌倒了，我咬着牙，又冲了过去，但再次跌倒了。
我努力的爬起来，用力的揉着跌得发红的膝盖，不断地告诉自己没什么，不疼，眼泪却不争气的流下来。真的要放弃吗？你真的要退缩吗？难道就为这一点困难就要放弃吗？我反复的问自己。我望着栏杆，走向了它。我想，我要面对它。
我又再次站在它的面前。世界仿佛只剩下我，和那个栏杆。我急速地冲了过去，那一堵墙又出现在我的面前，巨大而不可跨越，这又怎能阻挡我？我没有犹豫。吸取了上次的经验，我单脚起跳，前脚跨向了栏的另一边，后脚尽量往上抬，“铛”，后脚轻轻的碰了下栏杆，接着我落地了。回头看看栏杆，它轻轻地摇摆了一下，停了。我成功了！那堵墙消失了，它又回到了原来的样子，矮矮的，低低的。原来困难只要勇敢面对，就能克服啊！
