今天6点，天还灰蒙蒙的，太阳还躲在家里睡大觉，我和爸爸妈妈就整装待发，到小区周边扫雪。一路上我们发现那时已经有很多警察，环卫工人在主干道上扫雪，他们一个个都头发蓬乱，眼睛周围熬出了黑黑的眼圈，看来他们已经在雪地里面奋斗了一个晚上了。主干道上的积雪基本上都已经被勤劳的官兵全都清理干净了。我们也拿起了工具，加入了他们的行列。爸爸拿着铁锹，不停地敲打着地面上的冰块。妈妈拿着推铲不停地把雪推到灌木丛里，我拿着扫帚把零碎的雪扫到一边。瞧我抽了一个最大最宽最重的推铲。可爸爸对我说我不能用这个，我是无法拿这个工具把雪推到一边的，我不作文相信，偏要用。可是这个工具实在是太重了，再加上雪的重量，我实在是推不动。哎，早知道听爸爸的话就不会出丑了。后来我把推铲还给了爸爸，拿了一个小的铁锹准备把道路上的冰块砸碎。我找来了妈妈和我配合，妈妈用推铲，先把冰上的雪给推掉，之后我就用铁锹把雪下的冰轻轻地砸碎，就是这一层冰，容易使人滑到。妈妈再拿扫帚把碎冰块清扫干净。就这样一上午，小区里里外外都清理完毕，道路恢复畅通。
