小时候，我并不明白助人为乐的意义是什么，我甚至认为帮了别人自己就吃苦了。直到有一天我才改变这个观点。那天我起个大早，去公园玩，一位叔叔过来问路，我随便给他指了指。他对我万分感谢地说："小朋友，太感谢了，我问了好多人，他们都不理我，你是个好孩子，长大肯定会有出息。我感到即惊讶又温暖，我的无意举动却帮助了一个人，我还得到了感谢。从此我认为帮助别人得到的比失去的更多。

帮助别人有时候也是帮为自己。我有一个同学有不懂的问题总是来问我，我也很乐意去给他解释。几个月之后我发现我对一些知识点学的很熟练，这下我才发现，帮助同学解决问题的时候，我对这些问题就又巩固了一遍，所以才不会忘记。其实，帮助作文与被帮助好像是一对同时在的东西，帮助别人，快乐自己，这难道不是幸福吗？
