I am 57 XXX, the title that I make a speech today is " treasure life, beware drown " .
我是五七班的XXX，今天我演讲的题目是《珍爱生命，谨防溺水》。
Water, it is the source of life, it is the resource that people Lai Yisheng puts. But it however contain is worn endless danger, can make the person loses precious life.
水，是生命之源，是人们赖以生存的资源。但它却蕴藏着无尽的危险，可以使人失去宝贵的生命。
According to World Health Organization " the whole world drowns report " show, the whole world has 40 much people to drown hourly death, have about 37 every year in all. 20 thousand person drowns death, the half that compares aguish death number is much still, above of half the number drowns inadequacy of the person that die is 25 years old. Our country has 59 thousand person every year to die at drowning about, among them minor held 95% above.

虽然学校每年在临近夏天时，都会宣传预防溺水的安全知识，可是每年还是有很多孩子因为溺水而失去生命。到底为什么总是会发生这样的悲剧呢？主要原因还是家长和孩子们自身的安全意识不强。

为了警示大家，学校每次放假前都会给家长发安全教育警示信，还让我们在班会课上朗诵防溺水“六不准”：不私自下水游泳；不擅自与他人结伴游泳不在无家长或教师带领的情况下游泳：不到无安全设施、无救援人员的水域游泳：不到不熟悉的水域游泳：任何学生不擅自下水施救。遇到同伴溺水时避免手拉手盲目施救，要智慧救援，立即寻求成人帮助。会后老师仔细检查每位同学是否都牢记。
