Today, I should do tomato of a dish —— to fry an egg for father mother with one's own hands.
今天，我要亲手为爸爸妈妈做一道菜肴——番茄炒蛋。
Need preparation feed material to have a two tomato, egg. Although simple, but delicate nutrition.
需要准备的食材有两个番茄、一个鸡蛋。虽然简单，但是美味又营养。
Next processing feeds capable person: The first pace destroys the egg gently in bowl edge, pour the egg into the bowl, with break up of chopstick general egg, agitate; The 2nd pace washs tomato clean, cut next agglomerate, for safety, I used the knife that cuts beefsteak.
接下来处理食材：第一步把鸡蛋在碗边轻轻打碎，将鸡蛋倒入碗中，用筷子将鸡蛋打散、搅拌；第二步把番茄洗干净，然后切成块，为了安全，我用了切牛排的刀。
All be all set, fried: Firing, in pouring oil into boiler next, turn medium baking temperature, undertake breaking up frying into the egg, enter tomato to be fried together again. Join a few salt finally, fry divide evenly again.
一切准备就绪，开炒了：开火，然后把油倒进锅中，转中火，倒入鸡蛋进行翻炒，再倒入番茄一起炒。最后加入少许盐，再炒匀。
Tomato fries an egg to give heat, smell appetizing. The tomato of golden egg and brilliant red, look at also have appetite very much. I couldn't help tasting secretly, flavour follows an imagination as expected in euqally delicious!
番茄炒蛋出炉了，闻起来香喷喷的。金黄的鸡蛋与红艳艳的番茄，看着也很有食欲。我忍不住偷偷尝了一口，味道果然跟想象中一样好吃！

我把番茄炒蛋端上桌，请爸爸妈妈品尝，得到了他们的一致五星好评。我的心情像盛开了的鲜花一样美丽。
