今天天上的白云一片接着一片，我们20个红领巾队员就像白云一样，分成了三个小队：“杏林小队”、“本草小队”、“神农小队”。我们排着整齐的队伍向学校旁的中医院出发，主要参观与中医药文化相关的几个科室，学习中医知识。

我们接着来到有着丰富中药材的地方——中药房。中药房里有一排排的格子柜子，放了许多中药材，格子上有药材名，如菊花、金银花、蛇皮、参等，医生介绍了一些药材名以及功效，还有怎么称量药材，还让“本草小队”队员体验了一下称量药材。这让我了解了一些中药材知识。

最后，我们来到了一个小会议室，一个长长的桌子旁坐着我们的队员，准备体验做香囊活动了。老师给我们每人发了一个空香囊袋，医生先给我们做了示范：先把药材放到一个小小的袋子里，约四小勺，然后，用一个机器将袋子封口，最后放进香囊袋子里，一个漂亮的香囊就完成了。医生让我们小队员轮流来做这个香囊药心，大家都很期待的看着别人做，等啊等，终于到我了，我开心地把我的香囊药心做好放进香囊袋子里，哇，大家都举起来，一个个漂亮的香囊都摆起来。
