后来，我从电视上了解到世界上还有许多贫困地区的人们因为没有粮食吃而被活活地饿死，还有一些贫困地区的人们吃的是粗糠和杂粮，各个都是面黄肌瘦的。每当我看见垃圾桶边上放着许多剩菜剩饭时，我的脑海里就会浮现贫困山区农民饥饿的情景，心里觉得很惭愧，这些米饭可都是农民伯伯辛苦的劳动和勤劳的汗水换来的！
