学习很重要,但健康才能使学习效率提高。没有病魔和疼痛的干扰,才能更专心的学习,比起学习,健康更重要。而生活习惯不好,很容易生病,要有一个健康的生活方式。

做到以上4点,健康就离我们不远了,保持积极向上的心态,乐观的对待一切消极,生活才会健康、美好。这些好的习惯没有养成,容易长胖,太胖了容易得糖尿病,选择节食减肥倒不如选择运动减肥,既能加强体质,又能瘦身,两全其美,还能锻炼意志力,使我们更加坚强。而太瘦了也不好,体质差,容易生病,还有可能得厌食症,保持中等的身材最好。
